Our firm

Our firm provides pre-construction design and engineering services for residential projects across California. Element Designers boasts a practiced team of experts in building information modeling (BIM) and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering. Our team also includes civil engineers, structural engineers, city planners, designers, architects and project managers. Together, we help property owners and developers visualize their projects and finalize their plans to ensure each glides effortlessly through the permitting process.

Our team members have years of experience working in areas with some of the nation’s most restrictive building codes, opaque planning departments and complex entitlement processes. Whether you need an architect to draft plans for a new accessory dwelling unit or a city planner to explain recent changes to local zoning regulations, our team can guide you through the entire process. Learn all about our design and engineering services below.
